Who are you?
We are www.thaihouses.de.tl Our founder is British and has lived in Thailand for over seven years, he has over 24 years in the construction business in UK, Spain, USA and now Thailand, he has a wife and four children all born in Thailand. His Wife is originally from Nong Khai in the north east and is herself experienced in construction. The character of the firm is British, we maintain a strictly ethical approach and "good will" comes as standard. We try to select the best and most experienced tradesmen and use a fully qualified local accountant.
What advice do you give about constructing a property and Thailand in general?
Our policy is always to be as professional as possible, we therefore recommend purchasers use a Lawyer and use a contract when doing business in Thailand, we do not recommend any particular solicitor or lawyer but we can tell you how to go about finding one
